The purpose of this blog is to create a community where ideas and thoughts can be shared about the direct sales industry. Having spent almost 30 years in the industry it is my mission to educated, promote and share information that will help owners, distributors and potential owners of direct sales companies with information that will allow them to be successful. Having been a distributor, company executive and business owner over the last 30 years I have learned many things. In future posts I will start to address some of the issues I feel need to be discussed from software, leadership from the company, operations, compensation plans, the difference between party plan and MLM companies and a list of others.
